Meet Zoe

You’ve heard many a photographer describe their “love affair with photography”, yes? Me too. But I’d describe my relationship with the profession as more of a good, sturdy marriage rather than a love affair. Full of passion, plenty of tea. It’s a love that’ll go the distance.
Nobody escapes me and my camera. Not my husband, not our two beautiful girls, not a single friend hasn’t been asked to pose for me, especially when that evening light in the garden is just right. I love capturing people at their most natural, their most relaxed and expansive. There’s something very humbling to be invited into somebody’s thoughts at any given moment in time. It’s a platonic kind of intimacy that’s unique to photography.
When I’m not behind my camera, my happy place is definitely on the beach, enjoying a nice glass of red, probably letting the girls bury their dad in the sand (rather him than me).
This may not be totally relevant, but I’m also a massive Take That fan.
Anyone else?
